Garbage Disposal

My garbage disposal will not do anything, and I think the reset button may have broken. I cannot find it. The disposal is at least 10 years old. I stuck a screwdriver in a hole at the bottom of the disposal and it blew the circuit breaker, so now when I turn the garbage disposal on it flips the circuit breaker. What do I need to do?
