Hello Everyone,
I just recently heard about some type of de-scaling solution that plumbers use (in order to clean-out a water pipe, as a "maybe" option to replacing an old clogged galvanized water pipe). Yet while taking the advice that I received from others in this forum (under my original question of “Is there a temporary solution to getting all new plumbing?”, I was given this as an option for the plumber to do, that might un-clog my old galvanized shower water pipe (as a temporary fix) until I can afford to have my house re-piped.
Right now, I am trying to find a plumber to investigate my problem, yet if de-scaling solutions work, I would also like to inform the plumber of that option, if he does not suggest it. However I just wanted to get a little feedback about my “maybe” using this as an option as well.
Any comments and feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Wilson
