Attic Stairs

I live in Houston and my home was built about 60 years ago and the attic stairs located in the garage are in need of repair. The stairs are in good shape but 2 of the 4 springs are missing. Also, one of the two cable, pulley and spring assemblies at the hinge is missing a cable. These assemblies work together to hold the door closed.

Does anyone know any company, person or service in the Houston area that can repair such things? Please let me know.

I'm not sure where your going to get the parts for those stairs from, more often than not they are sourced individually I don't think anyone sells that style of pull down anymore.
You might be better off (and cheaper in the long run) buying a new version, no cables, no springs.
