  • bonding plexiglass to wood?

I am making some plexiglass storm windows, I have made the freames from pine, and intened to attach the plexi glass to it with screws. I would have to drill holes, and am a bit unreasy with the possibility of cracks. So Im considering possibly gluing it to the frame.
Krazy glue is fairly reasonable to get chea here, and I ws wondering if it would bond or not.?
Any suggestions of drilling owould also be super. I have heard to make a dull drill bit. .(I guess ive been making tose for years and never knew why LOL)
    thanks

the different types of plexiglass would determine if you could drill it. lexan, polycarbonate can be drilled. over the years plexiglass gets old and is subject to cracking. use clear silicone sealer, embed your "glass" then finish with more silicone white sealer over the glass. Use regular glazing points to keep the plexi in the wood frame.
