Door sweep for a metal door

I live in an apartment building, and my front door (which leads to the building's hallway) is metal. I would like to install some kind of a tight-fitting door sweep, but I can't find any that don't require screws. There's a sweep taped on now, but it doesn't sit flush when the door is shut, so bugs and air can get in. Any idea what my options are, other than taping?
