I want to build an outdoor dry (swedish) sauna that is wood-fired. The cedar structure is not a big deal but I cannot find a design or a commercial solution for the woodburner. Does anyone have ideas?

yeah, get a small JOTUL boxwood stove and make a hopper on top of it for lava rocks. when you get a good fire going open the damper and let 'er rip! for moist heat ladle water over the rocks.
