Stucco Wall Separating from Brick Building

The wall has only separated 10 ft from the ground. I am trying to figure out the cost of materials to cut the wall off and re point. I am also trying to figure out the cost of materials, i.e. anchor bolts, concrete cutting blades, man lift rental, mortar, brick etc.

Can anyone assit with an estimate of this kind?
