    Drywall

    Hi,

I have a cracked foundation in my downstairs bathroom. I removed a section of drywall (7.5' X 34") to reveal the crack. This width is the distance between two of my studs. Can I simply replace this section of drywall or should I replace the entire wall. I don't want it to look bad so if replacing the whole wall would make it look better then I will do that.

    Thanks

Where'd the crack come from? Water under the key in the wall? Settling of the foundation wall? Get a good epoxy based sealant and fix the wall before doing the sheetrock. Yes replace the "rock" mud up the joints, sand and repaint
