  • Border paste removal

    Hi all;

    We've put some borders on the walls near at the ceiling level. But before we could get to it the excess wallpaper paste has run down the walls. Is there a way to remove this? We've tried a wet cloth as well as a dry cloth with no luck, but you can still see the drip marks.

    Was the border pre-pasted? Our daughter works for a wall paper company, and we may have some info tomorrow...

      Yes, the border paper was pre-pasted. Any help you can give us will be greatly appreciated.

        Vinegar and water would be the first choice, the second is TSP and warm water. Always try it in an inconspicuous place first. I would suggest washing the whole wall beath that area to blend it. Please, let us know how it works.
