    Drywall tape bubbling?

If anyone can shine some light on this i would be very grateful.

I have a wall where the drywall tape has started to bubble. Along the entire seam there is a problem but very noticable in one spot. It is an interior wall although it is about where the two different pitched roof lines meet.

I have also seen some odd streaking (blistering as well but in the shape of a streak) running down the walls.

Has ANYONE ever had this happen?

    Thanks
    Dave

Drywall tape will bubble like that if it gets wet from a roof leak , water leak, if it was installed improperly, or if the walls are moving . Going by the streak you are talking about and that this is in a area where two roofs come together,I would say you have a roof leak
