I'd recommend cleaning the walls, ensuring there is no residue is critical in making sure that the stick lasts. I'd recommend some poster tack for a light poster and mounting tape for heavier posters. Be sure not to use the mounting tape on posters that are too light because it could tear the posters. My son has been trying to hang posters in his room and we don't want him to use tacks or nails, but all of the other options just fall off within a week. Are we doing something wrong or do we have to resort to something that would damage our walls or just give up and have no poster at all?
