Crack in concrete foundation- barn

Hello all,

We are contemplating the purchase of a home that includes a barn with a full foundation- the horse stalls are actually in the lower "basement" level of the barn. Had an inspector out to review the property and he expressed some concerns over a large crack in one wall of the barn that goes all the way through to the inside. I have attached some photos that we took. We are trying to make a decision as to how much of an issue this is and if we should not purchase this property because of this issue. Any opinions, experience or thoughts are greatly appreciated

If I were you I would further investigate what is causing this issue -- and as the current owner dealt with it or just let it sit. Also, are there any water issues?
