problem with the gutter/fascia/soffit

Hiya this is my first post here.

We have got a small hole in where the underside of the roof (which is plastic I believe) near where the gutter connector joins the roof... Anyone has any advice how to get it fixed and how much it may cost. Thank you

Is this a duplex, apartment building or a single family home ?
You could cut a small piece of the same fascia trim and install it over the top.

its a semi detached house.
how would you attach the new bit of fascia?
would it be easy for me to do myself someone who is useless in DIY?
