I'm trying to choose between the OC Oakridge Pro AR shingle and the GAF/ELK Timberline shingle. Both come with a 30 year warranty but I'm leaning towards the OC shingle because of the 110 MPH wind resistance vs the 90 for the GAF shingle. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Everything installed below the shingles (felt, ice barrier, etc.) is the same. House also happens to be mostly in the shade and algae is a problem.
