Garage door rear track support

My door is wood, 9'wide by 7' high. The roof structure is trusses, 24' long and made useing 2'x4' stock. One of the rear door track supports is located about 1' from an interior wall.
If I remove the wall which runs perpendicular to the truss,will the truss be able to carry the load from the door without any problems? The trusses run parallel to the door front.
