Garage Door Closing Slow

Hello,

I have a Marantec m4500 garage door opener that is taking about 40 seconds to close the door, and also slow on open.

At first, I thought it may have been an issue with the rollers or something associated with the door. But, I tried disconnecting the metal bar that attaches from the door to the device that travels back and forth on the track on the ceiling, and it moves slow as well, without the door being attached to it.

Any suggestions on this?

The Marantec operators is slow, but 40 seconds to close a average size door is very slow, yes.
Do you have any blinking lights in the red circle on the motor head when it stop either up or down? If so you can press P to get the trouble code and then look it up in the manual.
