Garage door can not be closed by remote

My garage door has Genie Excelerator opener. I can open and close the door by Wall Console(control panel on the wall), also I can open it by the remote control. But I can not close it by the remote. So far I have changed the battery and changed the remote itself, it still has the problem.

photo eyes

check the photo eye beam for alighnment. the green light should be solidly lit and also the red light on the other eye. if the red light is flashing, this usually means they are not pointing at each other or the wiring to them is bad.
