Crawford Jim Walter opener

i recently purchased a new home that has a garage door opener already installed. The problem is the previous owners didnt leave the remote.

i have done lengthy web research and can not come up with any ideas on how to replace the remote.

i have tried universal remotes but the opener does not have the required sensor or dip switches.

the door itself is listed as a crawford and the sticker on the side says jim walter JW100. there is a small box on the back of it that says electronic key model #33 receiver. 360-13 087715375 are also listed on it.

Any ideas?

Is an easy solution to your problem. Google this part Liftmaster 365 LM plug in receiver 315 Mhz. If you buy that part you can go to any Home Depot and buy remotes with the same frequency. Hope this helps and good luck
