I am a weekend warrior and aspiring DIY'er planning to some paver and concrete work this spring and have been reading up on materials and techniques. there is tons of info on everything but the hand tools required. I recently read an article in the New York Times about a new type of safety chisel called Hard Cap. does anyone have experience with these tools?
