8 years old shouldn't be struggling that bad on its own, so look at a few things before assuming it's dying. -
Not normal, that's a running toilet and it's wasting water the whole time it does it (and probably showing up on a water bill somewhere).

That's termite mud tubes, not normal desert stuff, don't ignore it. They build those tubes to travel between the soil and the wood without drying out....Leave a comment:
