When it comes to minor home repairs, nothing can work magic like duct tape. Duct tape can seal, repair, and mend like no other material. If you find yourself stuck in a bind, I'm almost positive there's a way to fix it with duct tape. Here are some examples:
-Weatherproof windows. If you notice a leak in a window, use strips of duct tape to seal the leak up until you can permanently fix it.
-Patch torn vacuum hoses. If you have a leak or a torn vacuum hose, simply wrap it in duct tape to seal the hole. This also works for dryer vents and any air duct work.
-Tie off loose wires. Cut the duct tape into thin strips and wrap around exposed wire.
