i have 2story house. I just got this house for 1 yrs, this house build in 1998, i just find out my basement celing was wet and on the top of that spot will be my living room and have big window 6 by 6 and on the top of that window have another window same size. water leaking does not come to my living room wall, they go straight to basement.
