Stains on your carpet can be a pain to get rid of. I have tried every carpet cleaning product on the grocery store shelf but never have any luck.
Recently, I heard that white vinegar may do the trick. After researching this online, I found a solution and thought I would give it a try. Much to my surprise, it actually worked!
Here is what I found:
1. Sprinkle baking soda on the stain and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Vacuum the baking soda.
3. Mix 1 tablespoon of clear dishwashing liquid and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar with 2 cups of warm water.
4. Using a white cloth (preferably a microfiber washcloth), sponge the stain with the vinegar mixture.
5. Blot until all liquid is absorbed.
6. Sponge off with cold water and blot dry.
Try this remedy on your stubborn carpet stains. I hope you have as much luck as I did!
