I use Firefox as my browser and my OS is Win XP...I cannot copy or paste.. but if I go with IE I can...... my wife who has win 7 on her lap top can copy and paste using Firefox..any ideas

FIREFOX is just the internet browser. windows (xx) is the operating system. go t help and type in cut n paste. I was able to cut n past with windows 3.1 the earliest version. highlight your text until it turns blue, then hit ctl-c to copy or cut it, then ctl-v to paste it into which document you want.
if it still don't, re-install the windows version you have. it is a default program. -

HayZee you're a genius ..thanks a lot...I was right clicking after highlighting
then right clicking again for paste... but the paste was grayed out
