word down load

hi fellows .i want word and i think its on a disk i have called works8&money.but it wont recognize the 25 letter number.my unit is r1503wm
cpu ? 760mb ram 2.93 gh /hd.is word on this disk and why cant i load it.

only thing I can think of is you are inserting the letter O where it should be zeros. it is also very easy to mistake the number five for "S" s. if the word 8 & money were shipped in a bundle with your machine then the unlock numbers should work.

thank you for your help.i check the letters and numbers and my mistake was i had to use caps.working great now .happy holidays.and thanks

if I read your post correctly the machine is a SR1503WM Compaq just like my wife's.
