How to make a windows rebootable cd

Want to know if i can create a windows cd from the existing software that is on my computer. Please help!

some windows programs have a recover section that you can create a set of bootable disks. compaq has a recover partition on its hard disk.

I have a dell AND I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN MAKE A CD

I went looking into the dell site / support. they can send you a recovery disk for your OS
