Changing E-Mail Carrier

Recently had a change in my e-mail carrier from alltel.net to windspring.net.. What are the steps to go thru on computer to be able to receive and send e-mail?

check with your carrier for specific but usually mail will be mail.windspring.net and outgoing would be smtp.windspring.net.

You sure its not Mindspring.com?

Are you trying to access your mail from Outlook? You may just need to see what your new servers pop3 setting are and update them in outlook.
