I bought this HPS patio/entry light that i want to put , you outside at the new back door that will illuminate the new patio and grilling area in the back yard...the light is rated 70 or 100 watts @ 6300 lumens....has anyone out there used this type of light and do you like it over the mercury over the halogen over the flourescent over the incandescent lighting options?
secondly, i bought a motion activated dual round halogen (200 watt)security light(s) by regent at LOWES. These lights are going on flat walls and the other over the garage door...both will sense motion 240 degrees and 270 degrees respectively....is this a waste of money or application when i should have special ordered lights that detect at 180 degrees instead?
