hydropool hot tub leak

I have a hydropool hot tub that's about 10 years old, just noticed a small leak by the heater coupler, there is a screw on coupler which I've tightened, still little leak, is there a small gasket around this coupler that may need to be changed? If I moved it around, it seems to stop or leak more.

Have you tried to reach the company for help with this? I have had 2 Hydropool tubs in the past and I find their customer support really helpful.
