Hi,
About a month ago my Mom started seeing these little beetles on the window sill of her living room. She has a manufactured home. The window sill in the living is opposite or caddy corner to the kitchen. They seem to most come out overnight and there's a few dozen in the window sill and on a small end table with a lamp she leaves on all night.
Although she got new furniture a year ago, we've turned it over and checked it carefully (thinking they might be powder post beetles), but nothing. There's no food of any kind stored in the living room, so if they're drugstore beetles, I can't figure out what they're burrowed in. They do appear in between the inner house window and storm window, but I can't really see any pinholes or burrowing.
Any idea/thoughts as to what they might be.... and how to get rid of them is appreciated
