My exterior doors threshold plate area has seen some water damage. I installed a new one and installed an alluminum flashing under it and the edge inside the home still see's moisture. Now does anyone know if there is a metal non adjustable threshold plate that I can put here instead?
I do not have a storm door so the door catches all the weather, now I suspect that the water is still getting in where the adjustment screws are so that is why I need to get a non adjustable one.
