please tell how to remove wall fungus? in my bedroom wall having fungus, shall i replaster the wall with any chemicals

Using chemicals may just be a temporary fix. I would suggest the drywall be removed and discarded because of the danger of having the black mold around. Next I would find why the wall is getting wet to cause that mold. That needs to be repaired. Then the wall can be covered again with new drywall and painted fresh.

There must be something causing the problem. Mrcaptainbob is right, cleaning the area with a chemical (usually bleach) will only be a temporary fix if the real problem is not corrected. The mildew or mold is probably just the part of the problem you can actually see. Who knows what you will find behind the drywall.
