Old Bathroom Lavatory

I'm thinking of replacing an old American Standard cast iron sink, but have had no success in finding a suitable replacement so far. The current sink is a 1960's vintage P3000, 18" X 20". Anyone have a suggestion about a replacement that would be suitable for use with the existing P3000 cutout?
