deadbolt installing help

I installed a westlock dead bolt, but the bolt does not travel it's full lenght If I turn the inside key half way I can turn the outside key all the way, but I can't remove the inside key. help

Welcome to the forum. You have me stumped. When I first read your post I thought maybe you had not drilled you holes large enough for the mechanism to move freely. But if you can turn it using the outside key I'm not sure what it is.

I hope someone with more lock experience can help.
