Cutting a hole in a brick wall

I need to install a dryer vent through an existing brick wall. What is the best way to cut this 4 inch hole?

unless you have access to a water-cooled diamond core drill best way is a chisel and a 5lb hammer. After you have the hole push the vent in from the outside and fill the gaps with foam in insulation.

Possible solution: Rent a hammer drill, mark circle and drill holes on circumference, then utilize a regular hammer and chisel to create opening.
To heavy a hammer may cause wall to vibrate and crack mortar joints.
