    Window, Repair or replace?

I have a broken seal on a bathroom window. Condensation builds up between the two panes. It's the bottom window that raises and lowers.
Can it be repaired or do I need to replace it? Do I have to replace the entire window? Private replys may be sent to samslik@hotmail.com
    Thanks

he's asking for advice in this forum. if he wanted professional advice I'm sure he opted for this choice.

        .

The OP was also looking for the help 4 years ago! (08-24-2007)

I think inspirations is just posting to random messages until they're allowed to link from their own posts when they'll start linking to elsewhere (basically spam). I've seen it before... unfortunately.

        JFYI
