Is my bench grinder history???

Bought a new bench grinder from Harbor Freight a few months back and I need to get ready for Spring. I took off one of the grinding wheels to replace it with a steel brush wheel so I can take the rust off my lawnmower blade. When I turn it on, it doesn't move at all now. Did I bust it, or is there something I may be doing wrong and should check for????

Did the lock that you pushed in to lock the shaft to take the wheel off, come back out so it roll free.? Later Paul

try spinning the wheel towards you. if it starts, your centrifugal start switch is stuck and needs to be cleaned. it is located underneath one of the end bells. I have two harbor freight grinders.
there is no lock for the arbor shaft.
