Blower is replaced & after we turned on a bake cycle, after a few minutes we smelled something is burning. We turned off the circuit breaker then look at the elect. Cntrl and saw that resistors were burnt. What is the reason why???

    Power surge?

That is impossible to say without more investigation. It could be due to a power surge or just one of the control's component's premature failure. Have you experienced any power fluctuations recently? Power fluctuations are a major source of electronic control failure.

If the actual circuit of the control that is burnt was responsible for the fan's operation, looking into the previous repair might be warranted.

Checking for any loose connectors near the failed component(s) on the board might also be prudent. Loose connections often cause heating which can result in damage near their connector.
