Our Kenmore Elite King Size Quiet PakIII 110.23012101 washing machine overflows. Is there an easy fix for that? We bought it new in 2000. Thanks.

any washing machine made has a level switch under the control panel. it is connected to the tub with a rubber or plastic hose. could be the hose came off and the switch stays closed. you'll need to take off the control panel or worse, remove the top of the washer to see if the hose came off. -
Does this occur only when starting a wash or does it fill up even when not in use?washing machine overflows
If only during a wash, looking into the water level control switch and air supply tubing (see the following link) would be necessary.
