I have a GE refrigerator, model GSS201EPAWW. The freezer is working fine, but the other side is warm. I have checked for blockages and can find none. I have also checked the damper door and it is open. I have a suspicion that the coils may be frozen over, but I cannot find them to check them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, I believe the unit is about 7 yrs old, it was with the house when we bought it five yrs ago.

The evaporator (cooling) coils on most refrigerators is behind the rear panel inside the freezer compartment.I have a suspicion that the coils may be frozen over, but I cannot find them to check them
