Refrigerator not cooling, freezer is fine

I have a GE refrigerator, model GSS201EPAWW. The freezer is working fine, but the other side is warm. I have checked for blockages and can find none. I have also checked the damper door and it is open. I have a suspicion that the coils may be frozen over, but I cannot find them to check them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, I believe the unit is about 7 yrs old, it was with the house when we bought it five yrs ago.

The evaporator (cooling) coils on most refrigerators is behind the rear panel inside the freezer compartment.
