need Whirlpool advice

I have a Whirlpool side by side refridge #GS6NBEXRL01 w/ice&water dispenser in the door.The ice maker works fine,the water dispenser works fine but the ice dispenser doesn't work.Is this a solenoid problem or something with the touch pad ? 'cause the h20 pad works fine.Any clues? Thanx!

I don't know of any solenoids used on that model.

or something with the touch pad ?

That might be a possibility or a problem at the motor. The dispenser motor could be defective or just jammed up by ice or something.
