Disposal Problems

I put rice down the disposal, how do I fix it, the water wont go down in the sink...please help.. :-)

Was it fried rice? Brown rice? Risotto?

Only kidding.....Just remove the TEE that connects to the disposal drain and the trap that's under the sink.
Put a pail under it first, as you are likely to get wet.
Then clean it out.
