Kitchenaid Refrigerator model #KSRJ25FXMS03 has quit making ice

The refrigerator still had the manufacturers packing in it when we purchase our house in Dec 2011. The icemaker made ice really well until a few weeks ago, when it suddenly stopped any ideas on what I can do I have tried the troubleshooting giude the the owners manual,

Does the water dispenser still work?

If just the icemaker isn't filling, the fill tube that goes through the cabinet to the icemaker could have frozen closed. Also, make sure the freezer temperature is below 0 deg. F. Checking the icemaker side of the water valve may also be necessary.
