My refrigerator has ice build up at the bottom inside of the fridge and water got into the "express chill" drawer. Can someone help me please thanks! the model is PSCS5TGXAFSS

Plugged drain?
There is usually a drain below the evaporator (cooling) coil to funnel the melt from frost to the moistral pan under the fridge where it evaporates. That drain can become plugged with ice or stray food stuffs causing the defrost water to back up.
Someone may need to inspect that drain area and clear any obstructions.
