Well, my garbage disposal was humming and not working. The bottom of the disposal turned freely. I tried the reset button and I tried the allen wrench to no avail. I decided that the re-set button was jammed, as it is an old disposal-insinkerator, so I took the allen wrench and popped the re-set button a couple of time. Lo and behold the reset button popped up into the disposal. And that time I decided the unit was finished but i turned on the switch one last time and presto the unit started working. Now however the re-set button is up inside somewhere. How long will this last before it is history??????????????
