Maytag Refrigerator

I have a Maytag refrigerator model #MZD2665HEW...everything works OK ..but when I put my glass under the dispenser set on crushed ice..the ice splatters all over the floor...I have tried pushing the glass up as hard as I can but the some ice still gets out..I figure there must be something wrong ...Thanks

I don't know of any specific problems that could be responsible. You might want to try contacting a local Maytag factory authorized service depot or Maytag/Whirlpool directly to see if they know of any service that might be needed to correct such a condition.

Rarely does a selling dealer also preform service. More often than not, there are separate companies that perform service for a given manufacturer.
