Can some one tell me why my oven door window has developed drips or runs down on the inside between the glass. It cannot be cleaned because there are too many parts to the door.

Usually it occurs when someone spills or drips something on the top edge of the door. The door is hollow and open at the top and bottom to allow venting to keep it cool.

It cannot be cleaned because there are too many parts to the door.
The door has to be taken apart to clean the insides. If you do not feel comfortable doing that yourself you may have to call in an appliance service technician. If there's a service company in your area with a shop, you might be able to save the service charge by removing the door from the appliance and bringing it to their shop for service.
