  • Shake rattle and roll Whirpool Duet

Got a call on whirlpool duet front loading washer that was leaking water, When I checked it out the fill valve was leaking but the owner said it really leaked when it went into a rinse cycle, Loaded it up and when this thing hit the spin cycle it started shaking and started moving across the floor and started leaking from a connection hooked to the drum. I have never seen one this bad any Ideas, The owner wants me to bolt it to the floor but that shouldn't be needed, Any Ideas

Were the shipping brackets removed when first installed?

Is it on *very* stable flooring??

I can't think of anything else besides (possibly major) problems in the machine's suspension.

Thanks for the reply, Shipping brackets were removed and its on a ceramic floor with 1 1/2 " subfloor, The only thing I can find on the net is putting blocks under the frame for more stability. My opinion is they should of returned the piece of junk when they first bought it
