My drier just recently messed up. The heating element works fine, but the motor doesn't work at all not even any noise. You can turn the motor by hand freely when it turns the tumblers turns so the belt should be fine. Does somebody have any suggestions.

If you're sure you have power at the outlet and the breaker's not tripped then it could be your thermal fuse is blown or the door switch is bad. Here's a link that'll give you some details as to what to look for.

How do you know the element is OK?
The motor will run even if the element is broken. So it's either a thermal fuse oor the timer.
