Refrigerator water dispenser

My refrigerator water dispenser stopped working and I don't know what is wrong with it or how to find out. The ice maker and ice dispenser still work, so I know the water in line is not blocked. Its a Whirlpool side by side and it is only about 6 years old. Any suggestions?

Could be one of two things. The selector switch between water and ice or the solenoid valve for the water. Inside your fridge section is a plastic tank for water to get chilled and is connected with plastic tubing to the door outlet.
